Cubex / Dispensing Employee

When items are removed from Cubex and SpecVet receives the billing / dispensing transaction, it contains the ID # of the employee who removed it.

This ID # is the "Cubex Employee ID"... we often recommend that you use the same ID # as the employee ID in SpecVet, but sometimes that is not appropriate.

Thus, we came up with an ALTERNATE EMPLOYEE ID that is used to match up the Cubex Employees and the SpecVet Employee IDs.

Below you can see the SpecVet Employee ID along with the Alt. Employee ID.

This must be populated to properly match up the Cubex Employees with the SpecVet employees. If not, you will not be able to see who was the dispensing employee was.
